IP Tel Receptionist Console

The Receptionist is an attendant console for receptionists or telephone attendants who manage and screen inbound calls for enterprises. The interface is designed to follow the natural work ‘flow’ of a call from the top to the bottom of the screen.
Contact searching allows you to find the contact you need quickly using indexed and keyword searches. Phone and contact status saves time. Supports up to 40,000 contacts.
Caller ID shows you who is calling and who you are calling at all times. While presence shows you the status of individuals in the office and allows you to drag and drop to transfer calls. Calls get answered faster and customers can easily reach the people they need, with minimal wait time.

Automatic Call Recording

Records capture all incoming and outgoing, internal and external calls. Recordings are sent to a web-portal as standard and can be filtered via date/time and caller ID.
